Marius Andronie is the founder of Devaland, a small software company in Romania that builds AI systems businesses can actually leave running: assistants that answer calls and chats from a company's own data, document pipelines, integrations and AI agents. He also builds Deal OS, a due-diligence platform for people buying small companies, where every claim in the brief is cited to its source page or cut. His courses teach the method behind that work: choosing the first job worth giving an AI system, and making it safe enough to leave alone.
Before software, he was a Romanian Army officer engineer, a graduate of the Military Technical Academy in Bucharest, and then spent twenty years typesetting scientific and mathematical books for academic publishers. Both taught him the same habit: understand the system first, and never trust a number you cannot trace.
He lives near Deva, in Transylvania, in a home that runs close to off-grid on solar power, batteries and a heat pump, and he also writes short, practical workbooks for real problems: getting a household ready for outages, managing money on one income, budgeting by biblical principles, gratitude and CBT practice in later life, and grief after losing a pet.
