I work as a trainer at Scrum Inc. in Japan. Previously, I worked at IBM, where I was involved in agile software development and digital transformation. I worked with clients in the IT departments of manufacturing companies.

I now live in Kyoto, where I provide training and coaching to clients from a variety of industries, including outside of the IT sector.
