Dr Sajjad Babamaleki

Dr Sajjad Babamaleki holds a PhD in Business Administration and is the founder and CEO of GOVOG, a Dubai-based platform for government transformation intelligence. His research focuses on the redesign of administrative decisions and processes in government, and on how public organisations detect, stop and correct systemic errors in large-scale decision systems.

GOVOG reads the event logs that public systems leave behind and reconstructs how a government really operates: where cases wait, where rules and practice diverge, and where delays begin. Its engines answer plain-language questions with the evidence behind every answer, and hold back any finding they cannot prove.

He is the author of Re-architecting Government, a two-volume work on redesigning administrative decisions and building a correctable state.
