Rico Fritzsche

Rico Fritzsche is a software architect and independent consultant with more than 30 years of experience designing and implementing complex, mission-critical systems.

He has delivered solutions across a wide range of industries, including logistics, automotive, public sector, telecommunications, and energy. Throughout his career, he has maintained a strong focus on building highly maintainable, scalable, and evolvable architectures.

Rico is the creator of Autonomous Domain Capabilities, a practical modern architectural approach based on Request Processing Units (RPUs), Command Context Consistency, and Event Sourcing. He is also the co-author of the open-source library eventstore-typescript. With FACTSTR, he develops and maintains a high-performance Rust event store designed specifically for command-context consistency and aggregateless event sourcing.

He regularly shares practical insights on modern software architecture through writing, open-source work, and speaking engagements.
