Neruth Rasie Xaweb is a Namibian governance, risk and compliance specialist with over six years of experience spanning petroleum downstream operations, public enterprises, financial services and regulatory advisory. He currently serves as Acting Legal Advisor at NAMCOR Petroleum Trading and Distribution, having previously held the roles of Risk and Compliance Officer and Contracts and Commercial Officer within the same organization, where he built enterprise risk frameworks, led compliance audits, and supported Board level governance reporting.
Alongside his in house work, Neruth runs NamCompliance, an independent governance, risk and compliance advisory practice serving clients across financial services, aviation, mining, electricity, ICT and real estate, including Simonis Storm Securities, Namibia Airports Company, NORED, CRAN, the Diamond Board of Namibia, and the Retirement Funds Institute of Namibia.
He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Namibia, an International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association, and is a CISA Affiliate and enrolled Candidate Legal Practitioner.
