Mihail helps organizations introduce and improve their digital transformation agility. Having directly managed and transitioned teams of 150+ staff to Agile ways of working, he has first-hand experience in all aspects of introducing Agility, including Finance, HR, DevOps, and Marketing.
Classically trained as an MBA and Engineer, he is able to blend the key elements of Agility, Change Management, Systems Thinking and Lean Startup into an organization’s existing ways of working, reducing risk and cost of transformation, and maximizing the Value that Agility brings to their business.
Mihail believes that effective change happens when teams are empowered to solve their own problems using structured approaches that build on their existing strengths and relationships.
