Hi, I’m Michael — coach, facilitator, product thinker and long-time believer that people grow when the environment invites them to. For 25 years I’ve moved between tech, UX, product leadership, agility and organisational development across APAC, Europe and Africa.

My work focuses on helping teams and first-line leaders slow down enough to see what’s really happening in their system… and then move together with more intention, honesty and creativity.
