I'm a freelance consultant. Most of my work is Android, but in practice it's never just Android: there's always a backend, a build pipeline, some automation, something that breaks at 2am. I've worked on wearables and BLE integrations for research projects, on alerting systems for civil protection (where a missed notification is a real problem, not a UX issue), on Telegram-based products, and on less glamorous but very useful business software for construction sites and professional offices.

Outside of work I fly drones, operate excavators, do a bit of laser scanning and topographic surveying, train Judo, and collect certifications, most recently digital forensics.
