Ahmad A. Rabaa’i is an Associate Professor of Information Systems. He has published over 45 peer-reviewed articles in conferences and journals including Asia Pacific Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Computers and Information Sciences, International Journal of Business Information Systems, International Journal of Intercultural Information Management, International Journal of Information Systems and Management, and leading international conferences such as AMCIS, PACIS and ACIS. He has research interests in service quality and service management, IS adoptiom, success and impact, cultural studies and technology, e-government, social media, educational quality assurance, programmatic accreditation and research methods.
