It's a little scary to talk about the book or to even put it out there in people's hands before the title is finally finalized, but it's a book that follows up my previous book called The Mistakes That Make Us. This book takes kind of both a deeper dive into part of what that book covered and more broadly. So, The Mistakes That Make Us talked a lot about how do we learn from mistakes in organizations — that requires psychological safety. That means people feel safe to point out mistakes or admit mistakes without punishment. That's how we are able to learn from them.”
