Superficially KPIs and OKRs look similar but that does not mean they are the same thing. Allan Kelly, author of the best-selling Succeeding with OKRs in Agile found himself being asked again and again "How do you combine OKRs with KPIs?" So he went back to basics before setting out to definitively answer the question.
