Le DDMRP pour tous (English)

About the Book

The aim of this paper is not to propose a full detailed version of DDMRP. It is only about a high level summary of the basic concepts. I selected the main chapters of the DDMRP's book of knowledge and I summarized it in one page in order to simplify the reading.

Consequently, if you want to go into further details about DDMRP, the simplest way is to go to the references chapter at the end of the document to get the list of the best DDMRP books.

This book is designed for two kinds of profile:

-          You heard the word DDMPRP and you wish to have a quick reading of the concept before going into the details.

-          You want to share with your team (or your management) an overview of this concept to facilitate the understanding in your company.

However, this document is not designed to convince people that DDMRP is good or bad. Moreover, you will not be able to pass the CDDP certification just by reading this.
