Graphics Programming in Go will show novice and experienced developers alike, what the language is really capable of. I have chosen a domain, which is far from the server-side or command-line tooling topics that Go often gets associated with. Graphics programming is by all means just as exciting. I am hoping that it will give open readers to a whole new world of possibilities that they can apply in their work or side projects.
Although writing is my second nature, Graphics Programming in Go is my first attempt at writing something longer than a few thousand words. It is both exciting and frightening. Thus, I have decided to share the journey with the reader. Unlike other books, I don't want to be a final thing in an of itself, but a journey that lets me meet others who are just as passionate about building things as I am.
