In 1997 I submitted a thesis for an MSci at Queen Mary, University of London. The thesis describes Finite Supersoluble Groups.

During the period 1997-2000, I attended the Combinatorics Study Group and presented on Finitary Permutation Groups.

The thesis and the notes of the study group are presented in this volume.
