Rarities and Oddities begins where The Stone Princess left off.

The long-awaited Queen of the Moonstones has arrived. She's young, she's newly-married, and she has no idea what being the Queen of the Moonstones really means.

Meanwhile, a rival king in a faraway land has threatened to start a civil war unless King Briar grants the hand of his eldest daughter in marriage. Not a problem, except that the eldest daughter is already married, and hardly anyone outside of the Royal Family even knows she exists.
