#play14 started as a small event in Luxembourg and now it has grown into a worldwide community of people who share the same values and beliefs that playfulness will change the world, or so we hope. How did we get there? Why does it work so well? What makes a community like that thrive?

I am one of the three original co-founders of #play14. Thanks to this incredible adventure, I have had the chance to travel the world, meeting many new people every step of the way, sharing games and practices, and having so much fun. I am constantly amazed by how things turned out and how people engage through games. But it is not all about playfulness. We must have done something good for that to happen.

In this book I will share my insights of what makes a community work and how #play14 grew in a very organic manner, thanks to the encounter of new firends, who shared the same passion for learning and the same curiosity.
