Matthew Keas
#### High level background
_JavaScript and mobile-related work, with a focus on fluid / performant code._
I teach, speak, and author books for a living; but I also really enjoy building *crazy fluid* interfaces and fast user experiences that *just work*. I bring great design to my clients by sketching, wireframing, and live-coding in the browser - no Photoshop - meaning my code is clean, succinct, fast, and built with user experience in-mind. Moreover, I follow proven design and development processes that revolve around Agile project management. These methods have been adapted for design work and modular, forward-thinking JavaScript that keeps performance in-mind.
My technical experience draws from a plethora of server-side languages, high-performance computing, cryptography and network security, graphics APIs and physics simulations, real-time apps, single page app frameworks for the web, and numerous MEAP frameworks (Xamarin, Appcelerator, Kony Studio).
I also teach and provide public speaking:
1. At the HoustonJS meetup: http://houstonjs.com
2. At JS.everywhere(2013): http://lanyrd.com/2013/jseverywhere/ | http://jseverywhere.org
3. At JS Fest in San Francisco (CA): http://jsfest.com/
