Stuart Day is a veteran senior leader with over 25 years of experience in the Software Quality and Engineering industry. He specialises in coaching, mentoring and being a catalyst for transformative change within organisations and the wider tech community. Always striving for innovation and challenging the "thats how we have always done it" mentality.

He believes that everything starts with people, and is passionate about fostering trust, psychological safety, and enabling personal growth for others, and excels at building high-performing teams that thrive in an environment of experimentation and continuous learning.

In his roles as Head of Quality over the last several years, Stuart has focused on building cultures of quality and introducing the concept of continuous quality to teams (and Execs) to transform their mindset when it comes to quality. Coaching, educating and guiding them to truly understand (based on their context) what it means to them, their organisations and their customers and bringing it to the forefront of everyone ones mind.
