The Modern Engagement Standard identifies the five signals that determine whether a person appears credible on camera: Eye Contact, Lighting, Sound, Background, and Gestures. When these are off, the cost is real. Deals stall. Rooms drift. Strong new hires get underestimated. This book shows you how to see the five signals in your own team. It then introduces the Webcam Presence Assessment, a structured diagnostic, most commonly a 30-person cohort, that evaluates each person and produces a tiered plan for where to invest next.
