"Insanity is: doing the same thing several times and expecting different results" - Albert Einstein.
The permanent aspiration to learn new things and get out of my comfort zone is a risk that is both terrifying and pleasurable. Accepting this risk as pleasant means accepting growth and evolution with open arms, and allowing the development of valuable technical and psychological qualities that no training can provide. Following this “rule” just as a professional might mean being on the wrong track... I don’t quite believe that it is possible to be a good professional without being a good human being. The success of an organization will be somewhere between social values, teamwork and technical knowledge.
About my professional experience... well I’m a team player, I have been involved in many projects since I left university and the bottom line is: that different cultures and people mean new ideas… it’s like opening the door to different opinions where many times we grow on all levels.
Some time ago, I would say that Full-Stack Team (more Backend Part) was my team. Today, I assume what during the last 2 years I refused to acknowledge: I am a DevOps or DevSecOps (I would bet on this... cybersecurity is my favourite area).
About my technical skills, well AWS certification I got 2 (cloud practitioner and developer), I'm trying to get Security Specialist and I'm pursuing a PhD inside DevSecOps...for now I thinks that is all ;)
