\"Reflections” is a collection of daily thoughts in the form of poems and matching prayers and photographs. The idea began in response to the felt need for people to obtain daily solace and inspiration as the Covid 19 pandemic unfolded in early 2020. The lockdown restrictions on movement and its social impact with all the unusual difficulties they entailed was a shock to many. I was also under the same restrictions and felt a degree of pastoral helplessness and compassion for those who were suffering from illness, bereavements, loneliness, depression, and other outcomes of the new situation.

Initially, in March 2020, the writings were simple one line thought provoking statements issued through social media in the morning. An expansive video recorded reflection on these was then issued in the evening. The thoughts developed into a few verses and once this happened, I somehow felt obliged to continue this trend progressively into full blown poems disseminated through social media. Accompanying short prayers took the place of the evening Reflections and the combination was meant to be contemplated on in order to extract deeper meanings and serve to inspire and uplift the human spirit. The combination was enriched with the addition of carefully selected photographs and pictures, and I am indebted to the photographer, who in a spirit of service and humility wished to remain anonymous. Throughout he served as my collaborator and encouraged me over the year.
This volume is the fourth of 4 volumes spanning the 365 days of the year. The offerings were generally written daily from ideas that came in the early mornings. They were written with a \"let go\" attitude of a recipient of divine grace that was sure to flow.
