I am a Ukrainian psychologist from Kharkiv, living in northern Spain since the beginning of the war. These notes are written from within migration, not from the perspective of someone who has already figured everything out.

They are a collection of observations, reflections, books, conversations, and lived experiences my own and those of many migrants and expatriates.
