I self published my first book in 2013. It is called "Tales of Our Times" and is a beautiful limited edition (only 200 copies were made) hard back book of modern day folktales of life in our times. It is a copy of the first edition which consisted of just 13 locally made, leather spined, cloth bound intricately woven felt covered books printed on high quality recycled paper that were presented to people who inspired and enabled the stories to be told in book form.

The stories, told in the style of a folktale, are all true. They are based on a six month pilgrimage I made in 2010, when I walked 2000 miles all around England in a pair of old red flip flops, collecting the stories of a people in Transition. On Valentine's day I published the first anthology of my poetry as an exploratory journey into ebook publishing...right here on Leanpub. It is called "Searching For Love".

I am now writing my third book, which at present goes under the working title of "Flip Flop". This story is told back from the Utopia of 2050, when the beautiful world Charles Eisenstein tells us is possible is already in existence. The semi fictional tale tells of the ways of the future through the eyes of its young people as they ask an elderly storyteller what it was like way back then in the Times of Transition, and she reminisces, telling the youngers of the people that once offered hospitality to a pilgrim, and what they were doing to bring about the beautiful world they believed in, the world the youngers live in, and have never known another.
