Having worked in several countries with teams varying in both size and ability across a variety of industries, I've witnessed both great and appalling acts of management leadership and communication.  

Listening, collecting and documenting the pearls of wisdom along with the tarpits, I constructed a valuable list of rules which i've expanded greatly upon to create the JFDI Management-Festo.
