Larry Cooper is a Project Executive in the public and private sectors in Canada and the USA and holds close to 25 industry certifications in Agile, Project Management, and ITIL. He books include “Agile Value Delivery: Beyond the Numbers”  (which was endorsed by an author of the Agile Manifesto) as well as the upcoming “The Agility Series” to be published over the next year.

He was also the Mentor for “PRINCE2 Agile” by AXELOS and has written soon to be published white papers for AXELOS on the implications of Agile thinking on ITIL and RESILIA as well as on Portfolio and Programme Management.

Larry is also curently working on a white paper series with a major Scrum certifcation organizatio on merging their framework with the one in Agle Value Delivery: Beyind the Numbers to help organizations solve their holistic messes.
