Also experience consulting with residential facility nutrition care and dietary services management. More recently I've been writing online on several blogs and websites:
- earth-ocean.info/About Jen - ideas for a sustainable future with a focus on the need to re-oxygenate the low oxygen zones of the ocean.
- peace-is-happy.org - ideas for promoting a peace - health, happiness, and a secure homeplace - Maslow's Heirarchy of Human Needs.
- effectivecare.info - understanding human instincts can help with designing policies that will be more effective and likely easier to implement.
- transcendingsquare.com - my main blog which I think of as my notes if a first draft, or as my educational handouts to share in a virtual world.
Helping people prevent chronic illness with methods that can support a sustainable future is my overall goal. Pain hurts individuals and economies, and our pain also can hurt the environment as medical treatments and supplies add to the burden of waste and toxins. Modifying agricultural methods is also needed for the health of individuals and the planet as it removes bioactive phosphorus from the growing cycle and adds it to the ocean where it can cause algal blooms that lead to low oxygen levels. Plants have healing phytonutrients are also often tolerant to heat as the phytonutrients that are healing are developed by the plant in response to the oxidative stress of heat and sunshine. We can use these healing plants to improve health care with methods and crops that may still be useful in a hotter climate of the future.
