I'm a veteran software developer and Agile Coach. I've been at this software thing since the 80's, in companies large & small, private & public sector. I've been known to say that XP (the process, not the Windows version) is pretty good, and have a deep interest in the human factors involved in the effective delivery of software that delights its customers.
