With a range of experiences and roles within many different industries, this has exposed Craig to many problems that product teams encounter as well as many of the different approaches and challenges organisations face. Currently working as Director of the Global Product Lifecycle Practice, Craig works with many global Prodct teams using Agile at an enterprise level as well as startups with different practices in place to meet customer needs. This includes having to work with a range of bodies in an organisation to support Agile and Lean cultural development ranging from software teams to Finance and HR. Having had a background in software engineering oringinally, Craig has hands on experience with the dfficulties and complexity that knowledge work has to offer when it comes to Product development and has been on the receiving end of different management and processes applied.
