This book is written as a guide to highlight some of the characteristics of leadership. It does this by breaking down the qualities, knowledge, attitude, approach and values of successful leadership and presents these as propositions that are then explained as short sections. Each section is designed to be read in about 60 seconds so that you can dip in and out of the book easily. There are over 300 different propositions that are explained, so there's plenty to choose from.
This is not a book to guide your life. There is a wealth of opinion and subjective advice. Use it to help you think and to ask yourself questions about how you want to approach a leadership role.
