Mudslide
This is an alcoholic beverage, so drink responsibly. This is a bit of a desert coctail. The sort of thing you might bring out at the end of a meal or for a hot day by the pool. It’s a bight light and airy. For a slightly ‘heavier’ version, replace the milk with ice.
Ingredients
| - 45 g Irish cream liqueur | - 150 g Milk |
| - 45 g Vodka | - 200 g Vanilla ice cream |
| - 45 g Kahlua | - 1 Flake chocolate bar (Optional) |
| - Coocolate syrup (Optional) |
Instructions
For bonus points, pre-chill two glasses in preparation.
(Optional) Drizzle the sides of the glasses with chocolate syrup (inside the glass for crying out loud).
Measure the Irish cream liqueur, vodka, Kahlua, milk and ice cream into a blender and blend until a smooth consistancy.
Pour into glasses.
(Optional) Garnish with Flake chocolate bar crumbled over the top.
Serve with a straw.
Makes enough for two reasonable sized drinks.
