Bill Tozier is a technical and business consultant, and serial entrepreneur—though thankfully in remission for a while now.

For more than twenty years he's been doing applied Complex Systems work, including Genetic Programming and Emergent Systems design. Most recently he's focused on three central goals: Building communities among the expanding freelance workforce, fostering the creation and adoption of open-source scientific and engineering systems, and promoting the adoption of agile project management approaches.
