Sean has been looking up at the Moon ever since he noticed it following him during a family road trip when he was a kid. His professional career began as a graduate student researcher in solid state physics and a high school math teacher in New York, though he has worked in multiple industries since then. He has a B.S. in Physics, so writing science-based picture books for children just seemed like a natural and fun way to make a living.

Sean lives in NYC with his wife and two young children.
