The author is a nutritonist who had completed his Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Technology, and other postgraduate degrees in IT, and business administration. He had worked globally in the food industry including: laboratories and food manufacturing, food service management including: hotels, restaurants and cafes for more than 10 years. Mr. AlSaket gained an international expertise in Asia and Europe and had travelled extensively to more than 50 countries worldwide.
