Hi! I’m Dr. Shekinah "Ki" Magee, Owner and Head Coach at Clear and Present Executive Coaching and Consulting Services, LLC.  I exist to support high performing teams in delivering superior service, partnering with customers to solve complex challenges in the face of insurmountable odds. I coach teams to win, on their own terms, by their own design. This has been the work and honor of a lifetime. It is both my mission and my ministry.

This deep desire to help leaders and teams changing the world has led me on a journey of discovery, exploration and learning resulting in numerous awards and accolades, several degrees and countless certifications. Even greater than those, I have had the immense privilege to be part of so many stories of individuals and teams. I’ve held the vision for leaders and teams as they embarked on the difficult and relentless work of improving performance, working together more seamlessly and delighting customers with high commitment to service and developing solutions that truly benefit user experiences and improves lives.

In this book, I hope to share tools and practices I leverage coaching, leading, facilitating and instructing for the benefit of Executives, Entrepreneurs and Leaders working within Federal, Healthcare, Human Resources and Technology Enterprises to help them achieve higher order goals, make better decisions – both in business and personally. Ultimately this book will support readers in realizing their team and organizational potential more fully – on their own terms and of their own design.
