Julio Graham is a practicing systems thinker - in short a business consultant who views the world as interconnected systems. He has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town.

Julio has spent most of his career being a consultant to businesses, either as an employee of Deloitte (in the early years) or as the owner of his own consulting practices. He then moved to the United Kingdom after marrying a yachting journalist. His work has seen him travel throughout the world and he has experience in a vast range of industries.

As far as passion goes, Julio is completely crazy about creating decent systems. He believes that any and all problems can be tackled by creating a smart system to ensure effective and efficient steps to improve everyday work. Smart systems breed smart people.

The ability to understand and create models has helped Julio to distill many complex practices into useable methods that can be adopted and implemented experientially. There is no need to throw away your old ways, simply adopt new ways, evolve your old ways through learning and be better today than you were yesterday.
