I am an agilist at heart and an author by accident. I've held many titles over the past years from software developer, chapter lead and scrum master. The title that I hold closest to my heart is agile coach. My view on agility is one that comes from having held different roles and responsibilities. My experiences as a team member, a team level facilitator, a manager and a coach all come together into my own perspective on agility.
