Jessica Orr graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. She has over a decade of experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement working for companies such as GE and Toyota. She now works full-time in the packaging industry and resides with her husband in North Carolina.
