James Judd grew up on a ranch in northeastern NM, God's country. After he left he joined the Army, and then later lived abroad for a number of years. He enjoys people and the different things he learns a long the way. James enjoys creating; from books, to poems, to an occasional song. He also enjoys sneaking a little humor into life when the opportunity provides itself.

He currently lives in Oklahoma with his wife and three daughters.

In his spare time he is a beekeeper and a donut evangelist.
