Gustavo Pinto is a software engineering researcher and professor at the Federal University of Pará, Brazil. Gustavo Pinto got his Ph.D. from the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil, in 2015. Since then, he became a fairly active researcher, studying topics related to open source software and communities (and their licensing issues).
