Two NFC contenders -- one far more hopeful than the other -- will go head to head on Monday night to close the NFL's Week 4 slate, with the Atlanta Falcons visiting the undefeated Green Bay Packers in search of their first victory. With both the Carolina Panthers and New Orleans Saints at 2-2, the Falcons would catapult themselves back into relevancy with a win, although it's hard to find a team who's endured as much heartbreak in recent weeks. Coming off two straight blown fourth-quarter leads, the Falcons should at least be hungry to finally get over the hump, and they'll have the benefit of playing a Packers team that's missing its top two targets for Aaron Rodgers, with both Davante Adams and Allen Lazard sidelined.

The oddsmakers aren't necessarily worried about Rodgers, for what it's worth. William Hill Sportsbook has Green Bay favored by six points entering Monday night's affair. It's not an unfair assessment, considering both how confident Rodgers has been throwing the ball and how poorly the Falcons have finished games. Still, you can never say never in the NFL, and if ever there were a time for Atlanta to step up, it might be in Week 4, with both Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley set to take the field and give Matt Ryan his full arsenal of passing-game weaponry.

Will the Packers keep rolling and remain undefeated to keep pace with the Seattle Seahawks as the NFC front-runner? Or do the Falcons have enough motivation to save their season? We'll find out Monday night at Lambeau. Keep it locked right here for live updates, fantasy analysis and much more throughout the game.
