Irena Buršová  is a Scrum Master based in the Czech Republic.She studied Social Work with Health Profile at the University of Ostrava, however the knowledge of languages brought her into the IT environment as a second level support for customers. During software testing she fell in love with agile. Now, as a Scrum Master she helps organizations to deliver business value to the customer and to deploy software in effective way with focus on continuous improvement, collaboration and communication.
