My motto is ‘Simplifying the world’. My passion lies in complex challenges and continuous improvement. Helping others reach greatness trough servant leadership, teaching and simplification. The world needs more collaboration and understanding, less competition and judgement, and that is what I try to embody.

Part of simplifying the world, is simplifying organizations, product development and teamwork. For me, Scrum is one of the key ways to help organizations in this quest of dealing with complexity.
