I'm 34 years old of Indian origin and work as a white-hat hacker in Security Innovation, Seattle. Yes, my job and this book have absolutely nothing in common, if at all you wondered about that. I just love to write and felt that this was an area that I could contribute a lot to in some way. I had the energy to keep going over a period of 4 years, and thankfully - eventually managed to complete this.

My thanks to Peter Bregman whose articles on HBR a long time ago inspired me to write. All the rest is just me writing about my experiences as clearly as I could. I hope whoever reads it benefits a little.
