I have over a decade of experience helping organizations leverage agility to maximize business value and customer value while building an environment that nurtures and grows people. I have helped organizations in four continents to adopt Agile ways of working, in sectors spanning healthcare, government, banking, telecom, manufacturing, and high tech. I am also father to a rambunctious 14-month-old whose nonstop giggling and occasional tantrums made writing this book quite a fun challenge.
