Over the last couple of decades, C.A. Delle has been writing, reading, and talking to hundreds of people from varied backgrounds and political affiliations about the concept of a guaranteed livable income. She is originally from rural Northern Alberta currently resides on Vancouver Island. She is the founder of 3 Penny Publishing where she curates a large collection of self-publishing resources as well as creating book-themed designs for bibliophiles.
