About the Book
We Must Get Rid Of The Word 'Management'
I have written this book for everyone who has been managed.
We must stop applying this word in human systems. Stop reinventing this word -- 'Management 3.0' or whatever version we're on these days!? Let's release all managers from their plight, help them get back to creating value, and rid the world of work of this obsolete word.
Sometimes society must let go of a word in order to advance. 'Firefighter', instead of fireman; 'Police Officer' instead of policeman. These words have helped to improve gender balance in those professions, for example. 'African American' has helped USA move beyond slavery. Letting go of 'Management' will help the business community develop post-industrial systems.
