Juntao Qiu

Juntao Qiu is a senior Web application developer at ThoughtWorks. In the past decade, he has been working on a wild range of different types of Web applications, from traditional Web application with jQuery + JSP to Single Page Applications with Backbone, Angular and React. He has the passion to cope with the challenges in those projects by applying different technicals in the best suitable ways.

Juntao is also a technical author who has already published two books around Web development: JavaScript Core Concepts and Practices(2013) and Lightweight Web Application Development(2015).

Juntao has been focusing on writing high quality and clean code by applying Test Driven Development method in real world projects during those journeys. He has a true passion for Clean Code, Refactoring, Test Driven Development. Additionally, he does Muay Thai and Boxing when he isn't coding.
