About the Book

This short piece describes my personal experience of an injury I had incurred in a freak accident: I tore the core ligament in my left knee 🦵 and needed ACL reconstructive surgery.  This is my journey of recovery from my initial injury, to the surgery, to physical therapy.  It's been more than a decade since, and still, I'm thankful 🙏 for my ability to walk without crutches. I will never take that for granted again!
