《環境・法律・人》期刊第七期整理了於2019年所舉辦的「能源轉型與氣候變遷：再生能源制度落實與公民溝通研討會」資料，並藉由當天與會的專家學者重新彙整，將當天會議的重點濃縮成三篇文章，藉此 耙梳各界共識的再生能源發展下的溝通路徑。
本期刊的發佈，期盼能促進台灣綠能建設與能源轉型良好的發展，並歡迎各界就再生能源制度與溝通機制提供建設性的意見。
