About the Book
The Fractal Future User's Guide (FFUG) is not about Agile software development but agile business change.
FFUG predates agile practices like Scrum.
I enjoyed putting my experience of team working into this exploration. I had helped a team accelerate the client product release cycle and more important everyone enjoyed how they worked. All because each person knew exactly what their roles in the organisation were.
It is even more relevant now Scrum has moved into more general development practices.
Read this before you read my current book in draft, which is also about team working.
